Scientific Interests & Current Projects:
My research on base and precious metal mantos along the Colorado Mineral Belt (see publications below) continues with current efforts focused on the Tincup mining district. Additional work is underway on stable isotopic analyses of ores and gangue minerals of the Cripple Creek mining district. In Nevada, I am directly involved in all of the CREG research projects on sedimentary rock-hosted gold deposits with particular attention directed to the studies at the Rain mine, Deep Star mine, SSX mine, Cove mine, Toiyabe mine area, Meikle mine, and the Railroad district.
