New Departmental Chair

Effective July 1 2006, Gr Gina Tempel will become the new Chair of the Department of Geological Sciences and Engineering replacing Dr Bob Watters, who will be taking a well-earned sabbatical in Fall 2006, after serving as Departmental Chair for three years. The Department is looking forward to an exciting future, with Dr Tempel leading the way to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
