This is the conventional BrF5 extraction line used to prepare silicate and oxide samples for oxygen isotope analysis.  Samples are reacted with BrF5 for up to 12 hours in nickel reaction vessels at temperatures up 600 C.  Oxygen is extracted as O2 gas, which is then converted to CO2 gas by reaction with a hot graphite rod.  The CO2 sample is then analyzed using the dual inlet mass spectrometer.
